The Help contains information on how to build optimal career sections.
This feature provides Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition Career Section (CS) customers, who want to use Sourcing (or another product) as the primary career site, the ability to redirect users from the CS Job Search tab back to Sourcing (or other product).
Candidates coming from job boards or who click the link to a job in email correspondence can be redirected to Taleo Sourcing or other product (instead of a "standard" career section) and can view the job description there.
