KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Identify and develop online marketing campaigns and tools including, email marketing, newsletter marketing for RTA and it’s initiatives.
# Secure editorial placements on major online portals (AOL, Yahoo, MSN, etc.).
# Support web development and marketing efforts including development of micro-site, web campaign, and site functionality.
# Perform other related duties as assigned
# Secure mention of RTA in major trend features covering the web.
# Build and maintain relationships to secure coverage with key entertainment and vertical bloggers, magazines and websites.
# Plan and execute on projects in close co-operation with internal RTA stakeholders (MCC team, IT Department,
E-government Team, other agencies).
# Monitor and evaluate new technologies and promotional vehicles to ensure that RTA is on the cutting edge of innovations in the web media space.
# Submit content offerings for awards and lists (i.e. Online Journalism Awards, Best of the Web).
# Collect data and evaluate performance of promotional vehicles and provide reports on successes and trends
using key measurement techniques on the web (i.e. BlogPulse, Google Trends, Yahoo Buzz Index, etc).
# Deliver specifications to IT and coordinate the implementation from concept through testing and market launch.
# Serve as a liaison with all other departments, initiative owners and Corporate Communications team, to leverage all digital resources and assets.
# Promote RTA’s overall digital content portfolio and specific digital media content offerings (sites/pages, blogs, widgets, online video, etc.) in online media.
