KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Actively contribute in the annual budget implementation, evaluate and recommend specific adjustments during the implementation to project needs.
# Promote Excellence awareness and the concepts of continual improvement across RTA.
# Actively contribute in the orientation program for new employee including the clarification of their roles and job description.
# Study, follow-up, coordinate, manage and ensure the successful implementation and administration of Excellence Criteria according to the DGEP requirement (Radar System)
# Plan, organize and schedule the Excellence self assessment including form, nominate and train the selected internal assessors.
# Provide feedback to the management about the performance of the DGEP Nominations so that it can be reviewed for possible improvements.
# Ensure the participation of RTA employees, projects, teams and agencies in the DGEP yearly awards, starting with the nominations to the preparation of needed documents, training and rehearsals of each nominee.
# Monitor all the improvement actions along for their effectiveness.
# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
# Provide feedback to the management about the performance of the DGEP Assessments so that the same can be reviewed for possible improvement of the system.
# Ensure the accomplishment of required tasks to achieve the department objectives on time to the concern supervisor.
# Participate actively, and provide recommendation and assistance to assigned cross-functional improvement, participate in some improvement teams as and when required.
